intracellular staining of viable cells

I was wondering to find some cell permeabilizing protocol. My aim is to
stain an intracellular protein by indirect fluorescence antibody staining
but at the same time I don't want to kill the cells during fixing process.
Do you know of any cell permeabilizing method to stain intracellular
protein which will stain the cell but cell will stay viable.

Thank you very much for your help
