In reality, if it went thru temperature extremes, I would not use it. 
Especially if the use is for clinuical interpretation. Secondly, you can 
always test it against a current lot number to validate its use. But all this 
a side. Any vendor that can not satisfy what I want, when I want it is 
guarenteed never to see a dime of my business again. That is a certain. I 
suggest you demand customer service.
