Would you use it?

Your opinion is valued. I don't have time to test the antibody for flow
cytometry.

 I ordered an anti-human IgM-FITC liquid monoclonal from a supplier, one I
have been using for some time. It was shipped ground , got lost and I am
to receive it 14 days later. No guarantees of the temperature during
transport. The technical reps at the supplier say "no problem". As long
as that antibody has not been opened it will be just fine."
I told them I would rather have a new shipment, on ice and they are not
going for it.

With the wealth of experience on this list working with antibodies, are
they so stable? Do you all store them at room temp (or warmer until
opened)?

Thanks for your opinion
