If you're unwilling to bear the cost of a QC'd reagent from a manufacturer,
then you should consider making the FITC annexin yourself.  The FITC is
going to be MUCH cheaper than anti-annexin V mAb, and, will make your
experiment that much easier again (single step vs two step and multiple
controls to alleviate worries about expression of AxV protein).
