NK cells

I have a dumb question. I always thought that NK cells were CD4-, CD5- and
CD25-. Now I am presented with a "NK-cell" leukemia that is CD5+, CD2+,
CD3-, CD4+, CD8-, CD57+, CD56-, CD16- and (here's the kicker) TRCab+. This
smells like a CD3- T-cell tumor to me. Any thoughts? Anyone seen this
before?
