As far as I am aware the Macrosort head is fitted as part of the turbosort option on the 
Vantage (or VantageSE) as well as for sorting large particles, as Brian says you should be OK 
on a "normal" Vantage with a "normal" head etc. You will need pulse processing if you are 
sorting your cells for G2/M DNA content (to remove doublets).
