Intracellular antigens

Hello to all,

In the analysis of T-cell activation we are interested in the
intracellular analysis of activation antigens such as CD25 and
CD69. The intracellular detection of these antigens unfortunately
seems to be highly dependent on the resistence of specific
epitopes to fixation. My question, therefore, would be whether
anyone has experiences in cross evaluating different clones for
CD25 and CD69 regarding effects of paraformaldehyde.

Thanks for any help

Gregor Rothe
