	Greetings!

I have a problem that perhaps someone can help me with:

I am trying to set up some 4 color panels on my VantageSE. (I have
the UV-488 and HeNe). I purchased, based on a chart in the Pharmingen
catalog which indicated it was appropriate for the Vantage, and a
recommendation from Pharmingen, a SAV-PharRed to use with my biotinylated
antibodies.

I found out this morning that I need a filter set from BD to see
this, but since it is SO new, there is no price associated with it. B-D
decided to "quote high"......(translation, $1500). So, in other words, I
shouldn't have bought this flurochrome unless I knew I could read it....my
mistake....hope not to make that one again!

But maybe someone out there will know where a I can get a filter
set ..or just a filter that will allow me use tis flurochrome!?!?!). It
almost looks like I am the first person to ask about this. Can I be so
lucky? :-D

B-D was helpful in telling me that Omega may be the company who
makes them, and gave me their phone number (of course, it was 5:30, and they
closed at 5:00).

Can anyone tell me any other company that might make the same thing,
OR if only one of the two filters will work on this machine? ALso, this
flurochrome excites at 633 and emits (peak) at 780. Here they are:

	DM mirror 710
	BP DM 780/60

It seems that the BP 780/60 alone would work ($450 if I'm
lucky)....hope someone can help!

	TIA,

	Patricia Echeagaray
