Dear All,
Yes I know this is a flow cytometry database - I am a cytometerist as
well - but we all work on proteins and I am looking for help with
immunoprecipitating the CDKI, p27.

If anyone can get this to work I will be really pleased to hear from
you. We seem to have a problem dissociating the protein after
immunoprecipitation from the agarose bead such that we get no protein
yield. We use 0.5% mercaptoethanol + SDS as the loading buffer to do
this.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best wishes, John.
