Dear Flowers:

    Two commercial kits (BD and Coulter) are currently available for single platform determination of absolute CD34 counts. I have several questions about them:
1.  Does one kit have an advantage over the other?
2.  Does either kit permit fixation?
3.  Does either kit allow for the use of a viability stain?
