Endoduplication?

Endoduplication occurs when a cell in G2 returns to G1 without dividing. If
you suspect endoduplication, having eliminated clumps, you should be able
to find a G2 peak at 8N.

A stain for cyclin B1 will clearly separate the two cells cycles (normal
cells and endoduplicated cells).
