Please note that I have moved the series of web pages on compensation and
the series on antibody conjugation to a new server. The new URL's are:

http://www.drmr.com/abcon

http://www.drmr.com/compensation

Please change your bookmarks and ask your WebMasters to change their links
to these sites! (Previously, both were on
http://cmgm.stanford.edu/~roederer/ ...).

(PS: for those of you who haven't visited these pages:

The "abcon" site has dozens of protocols for conjugating antibodies to a
variety of different fluorochromes, from FITC to Cy7APC. Also included are
protocols for fluorescent conjugation of generic proteins, emission and
excitation spectra, etc.

The "compensation" site is a tutorial (complete with a quiz!) that will
hopefully help you understand the utterly important and nearly universally
misunderstood process of fluorescence compensation on flow cytometers.)
