Dear Kathy,

When you use the Ki-S5 antibody from Boehringer Mannheim, then you can
quantify the Ki67-positive cells in cell suspensions prepared from
paraffin embedded tissues after trypsin digestion step. Ki-S5 is an
antibody also directed against a formalin resistant epitope of Ki67.
