Hello:
I am interested in proliferation and apoptosis rates in spleen
hematopoietic tissue in mice.  I have a FACS Vantage with 488/UV and a
Q-prep.  (I have no flow experience, but have been to the BD training)

Is there a good protocol I can use to gate on the hematopoietic cells with
c-kit (or something similar) and simultaneously look at apoptosis and/or
proliferation?  Would it be easier to gate out mature lymphocytes?  Some
mice will be injected with BrDU prior to necropsy.
