growth factor quantifying

Hello,
I have interest in quantifying TNF receptors on cells by flow.  Given the
availability of standards for MESF determination with MOAb binding (Flow
Standards, BioCytex), has anyone done similar analyses for growth factors,
or anything comparable?  Any thoughts will be appreciated.
