Hi Flowers,
we are using fluorescein and rhodamine (or Cy3) labeled antibodies as an
energy transfer pair.  Now we are using cells that have a very low signal.
I have heard about Mol. Probes Alexa dyes.  Does anyone have any experience
with these dyes (labeling of antibodies, brightness)?  I am mainly
interested in dyes that can replace fluorescein and rhodamine.
