Hi You don't say if its human material you are staining, its very common in Macaques to see double positive cells, sometimes accounting for a third or more of total lymphocytes. As you work for the army I suspect your subjects are mostly human , I see it at very low frequency in humans maybe 1 or 2 percent at most, I put it down to artifact, doublets or something.
