I second what Simon Monard says - get the patient checked out if the numbers are high. I personally have only seen significant numbers of "double positives" in leuks/lymphomas both T type and (interestingly) one B type. Never did figure that one out ! In one case the co-expression showed up at least a year before any clinical signs. Are the percentages reproducible and is the CD4 expression "tight" or is it a tail from neg to pos ? Wal Sharp
