Hi All,

I am  trying to design a three colour  experiment with Annexin V/PI or something 
similar/vital DNA stain.

The idea is to stain up cells for a normal two colour Annexin V vs PI 
experiment and also simultaneously  measure DNA cell cycle  in these  
cells. 

Has anyone done this using a UV laser?
