PharMinge offers anti-CCR5, Purified, FITC and PE. The conjugates are almost
in inventory ready for the market. The antibody works well without the need
of fixation, it is capable of blocking ligand binding and HIV gp120 binding on
to CCR% expressing cells. Please call 1-800-825-5832 for additional
information.

To all,

RE: CCR5 MAB staining;

I would like to know if anyone has experience staining HOS (transfected with
CCR5 gene) cells or stimulated PBMC's (PHA/IL2) using R&D systems CCR5 clones.

We have tried these clones with various fixing conditions and have not been
successful. If anyone has a protocol for these clones I would like to try it.

Thanks
