kevin, the only other thing besides trypsin i could think of is to use a magnetically labelled secondary antibody. dependent on cell type, the resulting capping will fall off. cells would be incubated with antibody and cultured overnight at 37C upright in a flask or tube with an attached magnet (i.e. 15ml snap cap and a dynal MPC-1). though this is probably more trouble than its worth. brian white human genome sciences rockville, md brian_white@hgsi.com
