RNA FROM FIXED LYMPHS

Colleagues in FACS!  We, Down Under would like some info on;
	Can we get good quality and quantity of total RNA from human lymphs
that have been fixed prior to sorting on the FACS-Vantage?  And what is
the best fixation method?  Cheers
