Hello again, I have a couple of questions from a friend concerning the CellSys Agarose Microdrop maker, sold by One Cell Systems, Cambridge MA. 1. Does anybody have the WWW adress, email, tel-fax no etc of "One Cell Systems"? 2. Are there people out there who have used cytokine secretion capture with agarose microdrops with good results ? The idea is to capture the secreted cytokines in the agarose and detect them with flow cytometry. Preferably in living cells, no fixation... cells must be sorted on cytokine secretion and then be still clonable... Any hints, references etc would be appreciated as well. Thanx a lot in advance.
