Greetings,

If you are a _FACSCalibur_ or_ XL_ user, and you have run comparison studies
using deionized water vs saline for sheath fluid (for immunophenotyping and DNA
Content analysis with PI), I'd very much appreciate it if you share your
experiences .  Comments addressing the putative DISadavantages of using water
as sheath fluid on these instruments would also be welcome.

I apologize for any redunancy with regard to past discussions on this list.
