Greetings from blizzard country. I am ignorant to the ways of flow cytometry, but I think you may be able to help me. I am working with a model of Inflammatory Bowel Disease and would like to evaluate circulating neutrophils, specifically quantify them according to their activation state. Is there any way to determine the number (percentage) of cells that are primed, activated, etc. from a blood sample? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
