RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION POLICY . . .
No product shall be accepted for credit or replacement without SBA's prior authorization. Please contact our Customer Service Department to receive information or a returned goods authorization (RGA) number. When requesting return authorization, please refer to:

There is no provision for credit for out dated material. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received and within fourteen (14) days of the SBA shipment date.
PAYMENT TERMS . . .
Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date. Prices are subject to change without notice. SBA offers credit card purchases on any of our catalog products. Please have your VISA, MasterCard or American Express account number available when placing an order. We also accept UNESCO Coupons.
