I have a friend who wants to stain NK cells for perforin in the secretory
granules in combination with 2 cell surface markers .
Does any of you have already a good protocol for this, or should we just
try conventional intracellular staining procedures ?
I would be interested in which antibody clones to use (If there are more
than the one from Kamiya), fixation types (PFA, EtOH etc), and other
details or tricks in the protocol.
