Hi Paul:
I read the paper buy van Engeland on Cytometry 24, 131-9. I found it very
fancinating! My prof and I are thinking about using Annexin V on our
project to determine apoptosis. I have some questions about that after
reading the paper. They mentioned that using trypsin can cause increasing
PS exposure thus bring false positive results. They recommended mechanical
scratch. We are working on MCF-7 cells, they are adhensive. When we add
estradial as positive controls, they cells become even more sticky. If we
can't use trypsin, how do we make single-cell suspension???
If you or any one can help, we'd really appreciate. Thanks and have a nice
thanksgiving!!
