I just had a look through the abstracts of the ISAC, and as I couldn't go
there, I'm really interested to hear from the people who presented work on
different new software packages for flowcytometric data analysis. As I'm
still looking for the best research oriented flow analysis software I would
like to obtain more information about them.
The software I'm thinking about is:
- FCM Lynx (AFN Acquisiton and analysis software, James Bay, Newton MA)
- Cascade (Systemix Corporation)
- The project in the Herzenbergs Lab in Stanford (Treister et al.).
Maybe the respective programmers can give some comments on the list...
Thank you very much,
Matthias
