Right angle scatter with UV laser line?

I successfuly detect 90 degree light scatter using a 370nm long pass dichroic
filter under the detector of my Epics 753. I usually run my argon laser at 75mw
for UV. The light scatter signal is not as strong as it with the laser at 488,
but it is quite usable. All you have to do is double or tripple the voltage on
that detector. Some people have used a microscope cover glass in place of the
dichroic filter with success. Good Luck!
