RiboQuant™ Ribonuclease Protection Assay System

BACKGROUND

PharMingen's new RiboQuant™ Multi-Probe RNase Protection Assay (RPA) system provides a highly specific and sensitive means for detection andquantitation of mRNA species from cultured cells or tissues, without further purification of poly-A+ RNA. The RiboQuant™ RPA Starter Package (cat.#45024K) provides a complete set of reagents, and includes the following components (also available individually):

* RiboQuant™ Multi-Probe Template Set: Choose from either mCK-1, mCK-2, mCK-3 or hCK-1 RiboQuant™ Multi-Probe Template Sets. Each of these probe sets are specially designed to determine cytokine gene expression repertoires.
