Written confirmations are not required for orders placed by telephone. If one must be sent, please mark boldly "Confirming Order - Do Not Ship." PharMingen cannot issue credit or be held responsible for duplicate shipments due to improperly marked confirming orders.

Upon receipt of a confirming Purchase Order Number for a Special Order, the customer will be charged 25% of the entire order if a cancellation occurs within 48 hours. The customer will be assessed 100% of the entire order charge for any cancellation thereafter. Any changes in the order or any discussion of pricing revision from the original order requires authorization from the PharMingen Marketing Department.

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
A return authorization is required for all returns. Please contact the Customer Service Department to receive information or authorization for returns. Our policy for returns is outlined below:
PharMingen is not liable for any loss or damage to the product beyond our reasonable control during the course of shipment. This includes accidents, theft, vandalism, labor difficulties or disputes, weather extremes, other acts of nature, or any other circumstances causing a delay in delivery.

WARRANTIES
PharMingen warrants that standard catalog items conform to descriptions contained in the product specific literature. PharMingen is not liable for any claims or applications not listed in the literature.
PharMingen is not liable for the misuse of products nor should any information disclosed in our product literature be construed as a recommendation to use our products in violation of any patents.
All special orders are prepared on a best efforts basis. PharMingen cannot provide a guarantee for all the applications in which a specific reagent may be utilized by the buyer. PharMingen makes no guarantee on custom orders. Custom orders, special orders, and specially reserved lots are subject to price assessment described in the Returns and Replacements Section.
