Anti-TiGammaA.1 antibody recognizes all T lymphocytes which express a g chain and the corresponding peptide. This antibody reacts with a distinct epitope carried by the Vg9 gene that usually precipitates an 85 kDa disulfide-linked receptor from peripheral lymphocytes including a Vd2+ delta chain.
