Patented simultaneous multi-angle analysis
Typical ApplicationsLatex, Liposomes, Micro emulsions,
Pigments, Polymers, Proteins,
Bacteria and Biological cells

The DELSA 440 SX analyzes data from 4 scattering angles. The simultaneous multi-angle analysis simplifies data interpretation. It also distinguishes between particle charge heterogeneity and diffusion effects over a wide range of particle sizes. The instrument is automated and provides a simple analysis which can detect small charges. It also measures particle size distribution.

Zeta Potential Is Key To Product Performance.

Whether you need proper pigment dispersion in your paint, or want to monitor interactive behavior and binding reactions between cells, zeta potential is the critical factor. The DELSA 440SX combines zeta potential and particle size distribution analysis in one instrument, making it ideal for characterizing colloidal systems and processes.

Coulter's DELSA 440SX Utilizes Simultaneous Multiple Angle Analysis.

Consider These Exclusive Benefits.

Data validation by two methods: comparison angles and linear shift of frequency as a function of angle.

Accurately analyzes dynamic colloidal systems by measuring mobility at four light scattering angles simultaneously in a single, one-minute run.

Superimposes different spectra.

Detects small charge differences as low as .01 um-cm/volt-sec.

Allows rapid and convenient data review by overlaying up to four saved runs in one display window.

Graph Zoom enlarges any selected region to full window size.

Reports result in concise, easily understood formats.

The Simple Solution: Coulter.
