PERMEABILIZING SOLUTION

Hi All,
B.D say that their Permeabilization Solution gives more
consistent sensitivity and lower background staining, than the
saponin-based reagents. Does anyone out there in Flow land have any
experience with either method and what permeabilizing reagents have you
found to give the best results. Thanks in advance,
