Flow cytometry books: thanks!

While I'm writing to the list I thought I might thank all those who
replied to my querie about flow cytometry books. Howard Shapiro's book
came out on top with very positive reviews from many people. Also
mentioned often were Methods In Cell Biology volumes 41 and 42, but
there were lots of interesting suggestions I wasn't even aware of.
