Dear Steve,

I thought Leon Terstappen did some work on IgE with basophils but I
am not sure, I would have to check. Leon, if you're still hooked on:
do you no the quality of basophil discrimination using IgE?

About the lightscatter characteristics, I always had some problems
with accepting basophil counts on commercial machines. My experience
with them is small as there is always that limited number of
basophils.
Proving their exact position in scatterplots is therefore always a
hard thing to do.
