Hello
I want to start sorting of chromosomes with
an Epics Elite ESP from Coulter. Who has
experience with sorting of chromosomes with
the Coulter maschine. How difficult is it?
As I have no experience with sorting of
chromosomes, I would be glad to get any
information about the sorter setup ...
The sorter configuration is:
Epics Elite ESP
15 mW 488 nm Argon laser
20 mM 325 nm HeCd laser.
Gated Amp.
