Hi Henk

No antibodies against CC-CKR5 yet, you are not alone in wanting one. The
nearest thing is an antibody against fusin or Lestr (forgive me I cant
remember the new name). You may be able to get this by talking very nicely
to Jim Hoxie at University of Penn State (hoxie@mail.med.upenn.edu). As you
know fusin is the T-tropic second receptor. Plenty of places make
antibodies against the chemokines themselves and there is at least one kit
for measuring chemokine receptor presence using labelled chemokines, they
are however a bit unspecific. Another indirect way is measuring calcium
flux of cells after squirting a panel of chemokines at them. We also do
some work with macaques, any interesting information for me concerning
monkey antibodies?

Good luck
