Moab to CD40L

A little bit of confusion regarding my reply to the scientist seeking a
monoclonal to human CD40L. I have Pharmingen's PE conjugate, and have used
it on cells after 3 days stimulation. They express no CD40L at this time
(not surprising), and thus, I cannot assess the quality of this antibody.
A colleague of mine here at NIH has used Pharmingen's unconjugated mAb on
PBMC 6 hours after stimulation with PMA, and he said that it works quite
well.

Now let's take a deep breath, and have a nice weekend.
