CD34+ selecting and culture

Hi !

We are trying to separate CD34+ cells using MACS. After separating we
would like to culture them, but they do not grow. What are the optimal
separating methods (using MACS) and what are the optimal growth
conditions after separating.
Conditions have to be sterile.
