I have been following this discussion, and I am not clear on one thing.
While I accept that PMTs may be a problem, and that Moe's explanation may
be incorrect, surely if some conjugates (CD3, CD45) are bright, and others
are dim, and presuming all are conjugated to the same dye, this is a
problem with the level of conjugation of the dim antibodies, and therefore
needs to be addressed by Larry's company?>
