Hi all,

We usually have folks bring loaded cells on ice, then warm to 37
before calcium analysis. This works on most of the cell types we see,
although I can't remember if this ever caused trouble with PBL's.
I think this temperature thing is cell type specific- i remember
seeing Jurkatt cells flux on ice!!

Peter
