Macintosh conversion

This is probably a very basic question with a very simple answer (I hope).
How can I transfer LYSIS II files from the HP to a Macintosh in such a
format that I can print histograms etc from the Mac? Our HP is not
networked with the Macs, so it will require disk transfer of some sort.
Any help?
