My co-workder, Dr. Tom Leemhuis, is looking for practical advise
dealing with the use of hoechst 33342 for the identification of
quiescent cells....

Specifically, he is looking for details on staining concentrations,
incubation time and temp, and comparability to propidium idodide.
Please respond via e-mail or directly at (317) 274-0323.
