I am interested in methods for performing dual-color flow cytometric analyses
in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues; in particular, looking at DNA
(with PI) and other proliferation/tumor markers (i.e., PCNA, p53, c-myc) in rat
liver tissues. However, I'd be happy to hear from individuals doing similar
analyses with human tissues (frozen or paraffin).
