Hi Elaine -
We have done a lot of sperm sorting here at UIUC but not mouse sperm. We
have done bovine sperm single-cell sorting for pcr analysis. The work did
not involve the separation of x vs y bearing sperm. If you are interested
in that type of analysis I would suggest you contact Larry Johnson at the
USDA. He has done a lot of X-Y sorting and is really the expert in flow
cytometry/sperm sorting. Let me know if you need his address and phone
number.
