I can't comment on any publications of binding kinetics off hand.

Software is available that handles data with time as a parameter very
well. We have data visualization software called IDL which is X-windows
based and can be used for this . It can handle multiple parameters vs.
time and produce means, etc. This software is not specifically for flow
cytometry, it is just an environment for easily programming this type of
application.
