FACSnet file transfer

I am making some progress, but still have one question about using FACSnet
software for sending files from an HP computer to a PC or Mac.

When transferring a results file, the list of possible keywords that comes up
as a default list does not include all the keywords that are actually in
that results file. For example, the results file contains keywords like
"mean H03" and "median H03" which are not included in the FACSnet keyword
list. Since the list of possible key words to send to my Mac does not
include these keywords that are in the results file, I have not been able to
transfer all the information from the results file into my data base. Can
someone please tell me how I can add new keywords to the keyword list? There
is a way to delete keywords from the default list and to re-order them --but
I haven't been able to add new ones.

I have once been in correspondence with someone in Cleveland -- who sent HP
files to a Mac data base on a regular basis. Unfortunately, I have
forgotten his name. Does anyone know this person??

Thanks.
