The question has been put to me as follows:

Is it possible to sort out viable bovine CD8+ cells ( we have an anti CD8
mab ), wait for a couple of hours after sorting to allow the mab to cap
on the cell, then use the cells in a functional assay? The sorting to be
done using a BD FACsort. Any comments or anecdotes pertaining to similar
situations are welcome.
